Role Overview

A local business in Welshpool is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join its night shift team. This is a physically demanding role within a busy warehouse environment, involving high-volume workloads and regular heavy lifting. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring goods are loaded and unloaded efficiently throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently

• Handling high volumes of goods during each shift

• Carrying out heavy lifting as part of daily warehouse operations

• Ensuring goods are moved and stored correctly

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Following all health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to carry out regular heavy lifting

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Good awareness of health and safety practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
