Week 1:
Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Week 2:
Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Role Overview

A local business in Caersws is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pub Chef to join its busy kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality pub food, and works well as part of a team. The successful candidate will help deliver consistently high standards while supporting the smooth running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of freshly made pub meals to a high standard.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented consistently.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety.
• Assist with stock rotation and general kitchen organisation.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Support the wider kitchen team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working as a chef in a pub, restaurant, or similar catering environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and passion for producing quality food.
