Production Operative
Welshpool

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy cake and ice cream manufacturing facility in Welshpool. Working within the ice cream department, you will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

• £12.71 Per hour
• 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
• Monday – Friday 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment involved in ice cream production
• Assist in the preparation, mixing, and handling of ingredients
• Pack, label, and prepare finished products for distribution
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Able to stand for extended periods

Skills & Experience:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
