Montgomery | Full Time | £14.30 per hour (including shift allowance)

Monday to Friday | Rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:15pm / 2:00pm – 10:15pm | 39 hours per week

Role Overview

A local business in Montgomery is looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join its busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacturing and packaging process while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging machinery.
• Monitor production lines to ensure efficient operation.
• Carry out quality checks on products.
• Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive production team.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Good communication skills.
• Food or beverage manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential.
