Food Production Operative – Early Shift

Corwen | Full Time | £13.50 per hour (including shift allowance)

Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

Role Overview

A local food manufacturing business in Corwen is looking for Food Production Operatives to join its production team on a permanent early shift. This is a fast-paced role within a clean manufacturing environment where quality, food safety and teamwork are essential. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished food products
• Carry out quality checks throughout the production process
• Ensure products are labelled correctly
• Load production machines with raw ingredients
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation in line with food hygiene standards
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
• Follow all PPE and health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

• No previous experience required
• Full training provided
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable with excellent attendance
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Looking for a long-term opportunity
• Must have suitable work shoes
• Must be aged 18 or over
