Oswestry | Permanent Position | £13.50 per hour

Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Role Overview

A local business in Oswestry is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Account Manager to join its busy and growing team. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and supporting the smooth delivery of customer requirements. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, liaising with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle inbound calls from customers
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate and project manage customer requirements
• Organise and coordinate artwork and project materials
• Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly
• Carry out general office administration duties
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and proactive approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Good administrative and office skills
• Customer service experience is beneficial
• Previous office-based experience is advantageous
• Ability to work well as part of a team
